At Wellversed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
